Why are you interested in what you are? Why do you like the places you do? Why do you have the hobbies that you do? Why do you like being around the people you do?
There are so many questions that we never actually ask ourselves. You should. The questions listed above are all questions about things you CHOOSE and that you LOVE/ENJOY. It is good to know why you enjoy the things you do, because then you'll be able to pull more of that into your life. You can also make sure you act on things that are similar. But FIRST you have to figure out why those are the things you are passionate about.
Now that you know why, you know the root of your passion. I like traveling because I like experiencing everything the world has to offer. So now, in my day to day life, I can experience what the world has to offer in little ways too.
Now you can also ask yourself WHY about things you're not passionate about.. and this is where it gets deep.
Why do I go to work? Why do I have this job? Why do Iet my friends treat me like that? Why am I working if I never get to enjoy the money I'm making? Why don't I go on the trips I dream of?
These questions are a million times more important. Please ask yourself these. Why ARE you going to work just to do it again? Can you change that pattern? Once you are aware of these things they become manageable. It's very hard to become aware of things that are holding you down, so when something is causing you stress or discomfort, ask WHY! Then you can get to the root of it and try to change it for the better.
It's often overlooked just how important your thinking is. Thinking positively will award you in on way or another. Your thoughts become feelings and your feelings become your vibration. If your vibration is low, it's hard to receive the things you want. It's also hard to work toward the things you want. Your thinking is the key to your life. That and the absence of thinking.
There's a reason you feel passionately about travel. That's because the vibration of travel is very high. You're learning new things, experiencing exciting things, and uncovering new things you love. The things you come across while traveling are why you love it. Finding yourself and what you love is very high vibrational. By letting yourself experience that, you'll be able to attract the things you want in life so much easier.
There are many things that can hold you down. This can be your thougthts, other people in your life, having too many things, being places that you don't enjoy, your job, and so many more. I do my best to help you recognize what those things may be and help you to eliminate them.
No, I am not licensed in anything mental-health related, but I did teach myself how to think the way I do. I used to have OCD about everything in my life and my negative thinking was off the charts. I completely turned that around and now I am at peace all of the time. The key to peace is to stop giving everything meaning. Humans tend to give too much meaning to everything. If you're able to think and experience negative thoughts and emotions without giving them meaning, you're already on the track to mental freedom.
Negative thoughts are more than just negative thoughts, they're also the subconscious feelings you get from the thoughts. If your intrusive thoughts were just thoughts, you wouldn't even care to combat them. It's the feelings that matter. The grinding feeling in your brain and the nausea in your stomach. That's the negativity you have. It's a survival response responding to your reaction to a thought. If you're able to understand and negate your feelings, you'll be free much faster.
Letting go is the most important thing you can learn to do. If you can let go, you'll be free. You don't need to hold so tightly to the things you feel, think, or identify with. You just need to be in the moment with what's really happening and what you really feel. You are the person that you'll become once you let go of the things you're so scared to let go of. That's when you'll truly find yourself.

Growing up in the mountains of Colorado, I've grown to love hiking to lakes and jumping in. I'll mention that a lot in my adventure blogs.
Eating foods that fuel you will make your life feel better. You'd be astonished by how different you feel depending on what you eat. Foods that are made out of ingredients you can't pronounce are doing more damage than you think.
Food should be more than just eating, it should be fueling. Eating foods that fuel you will make all of the machinery work better. This goes for your mind, your organs, your systems, and everything else. If you've been feeling off, I can almost assure you it's what you're eating.
Eating from the Earth is the key. This means eating one-ingredient foods that have real nutritional value. The foods on the Earth are here for a reason. They are meant to keep you thriving.
A huge thing to keep in mind is moderation. You should allow yourself to have artificial dyes and seed oils sometimes. You're human. As long as your priority is eating foods that feel good, then eating those things sometimes is not an issue. The funniest part is that those things stop sounding good after eating healthy for a while.
Don't put too much pressure on yourself, but try out an Earth-based diet. I promise your life will change drastically.
It's definitely understandable to think healthy foods are pricey. The more expensive health foods tend to be the processed ones. If you're able to avoid those you're set. Here's some affordable healthy foods:
1. Chia Seeds, Quinoa, & Hemp Seeds
All of these have insane vitamins and will give your body everything it needs to run. Bags of these aren't very expensive, and you'll feel amazing. Bulk is better when it comes to seeds.
2. Basic Fruits (Organic if Possible)
Fruit is a must. It gives you vitamins and minerals that your body will thrive off of. I highly recommend eating fruit every day. You don't have to buy organic fruit, but the least amount of chemical intake you can have is the best.
3. Animal Eggs, Meat, Organs, etc.
Anything that comes off of an animal will fuel you in some way. Using animal products in your meals and as supplements will change your life. Even the gross-sounding parts. Protein will build your muscle, and it keeps your body running longer. Meat makes other foods look weak when it comes to fueling your body.
